Pt's daughter gave feedback ' Elaine was fabulous, should could not have taken more care. She was prompt and thorough, not hurried at all, and we never felt she was rushing to go to the next appointment. She did full blood tests and checked her over. She got to my mother ahead of me, so when I arrived I had peace of mind that my mother was in good hands. She was really fantastic, it was really a fantastic service. There was no intervention as it wasn't required but we felt reassured that there was nothing underlying for her episode where she felt dizzy'.

I felt like I was bothering them, my mental health is still on the bad stages and all they ever did was give me a ear ant left, I felt like they didn't care or thought I was lying they need to take me serious as one day it might be too late.

They could engage with me and advise me and help me and check on me but they did was put me back in my cell and let me fight my demons on my own I understand now that this is a jail and they do not care.

I honestly cant say anything good had come out of my experiences with the mental health team at Bullingdon.

It took 2 months to see me, I was told i'd be seen in 2 weeks, A mental health nurse tried telling me I didn't have a personality disorder despite being diagnosed by a psychiatrist. Other LGBT and mentally ill prisoners are given single cells but i'm not. I was a victim blamed after an attempted sexual assault. Very poor care

It was good when being seen kind of but felt like had ore to say and not enough time was given also they need to look into my background psychiatric report all sorts mental health.

Coming to see people more sooner especially if put in applications to see them also understanding situations and feeling more and whats actually going on with the patient loon into there background more.
